英国金融服务补偿计划（FSCS）周二宣布今年8月和9月期间共有12家公司违约，无力自行偿还任何索赔。同时提醒这些公司的客户可向FSCS索赔。

FSCS是由英国金融服务监监管局（FCA）建立的存款保护计划。FSCS是一个独立的机构，且免费为消费者提供服务。若受FCA监管的公司停止运营且无法支付客户的索赔，FSCS则会介入并负责赔偿。FSCS的赔偿保护范围包括存款、保险和投资等。

FSCS首席客户服务官Sarah Marin说：“赔钱是很有压力的一件事，也很难想到下一步该怎么做。如果你是其中任何一家公司的顾客，而且因公司失败而遭受了经济损失，你也许能得到FSCS的赔偿。我们有免费在线索赔服务，我们的专业理赔人员会随时为您提供全程指导。”
